Court and Probation Contacts
The Circuit Clerk supplies public case-record access. A docket can explain a release order, dismissal, sentence, probation, or commitment, but it does not certify the physical jail exit. Stark probation handles court-ordered local supervision and is not IDOC Parole Services.

Each office answers a narrow custody question. Use these starting points rather than sending one request to every agency.
- For a named local release, call the Stark jail and request its release log.
- For the legal reason, obtain the Stark docket or court order.
- For recent-release windows, use Released Last 24 Hours; it explains the county's direct fallback.
- For a date or alert, use Inmate Release Date and VINELink Release Check.
- For state prison custody, use IDOC and its written-record route.
- For federal prison custody, use BOP; for immigration detention, use ICE ODLS.
- For an off-site jail, identify the actual physical facility from the case record.
