Next check the destination. A person can move to Stark County Jail, another county, IDOC, federal custody, or immigration custody. Search the receiving system only when a record supports that route. An IDOC result covers state prison custody. BOP covers BOP custody. ICE ODLS covers immigration detention. None is a general substitute for the holding jail's own release log.

If the destination is IDOC, use the state offender search. For supported federal or immigration transfer facts, use BOP or ICE. If the destination remains unclear, request the transport record and the destination field rather than searching every system at random.

Off-Site Release Verification Limits

No fixed release hour, weekend practice, retention period, or single Peoria facility was established in the research. Those details require a case-specific agency response.
